Intermodal transportation is flexible and suitable for carriage of any type of cargo, including:
- Heavyweight;
- Oversized;
- Low density lightweight;
- Piece, bulk and liquid cargo;
- Groupage and Full Truck Load cargo;
- Dangerous goods.
Each cargo type has distinct characteristics and needs to be transported in specific ways. Oversized goods, perishables, liquids, and a variety of other goods, for example, cannot be transported in standard containers. Full container loads (FCL) of such goods, on the other hand, necessitate the use of special tank containers, refrigerators, or "open top" containers. Small batches of lightweight or low volume goods are transported intermodally in conjunction with other consignments (LCL). Intermodal transportation of dangerous and oversized goods is subject to additional legal requirements. Based on the specific characteristics of each cargo type, we take into account all of the specifics of domestic rules and international legal regulations concerning intermodal transport and ensure fast and safe delivery.
